I think I’ve found a glitch

I don’t know if anyone else has gotten this but every once in a while when I reply to a specific chat the site will completely change design and go back to page one of the thread.
When I refresh the page the design goes back to normal (still on page one though), and if I go back a page and click something else it fixes itself…
It used to happen only when I responded to the Christian chat thread, but now only happens when responding to the Crushes thread
It’s hard to explain so I’ll just share some screenshots

(If you need me to explain again but in understandable English I might be able to)

It was a Star Wars one from like 6 months ago. It's been good while though.

Weird- I've been to multiple pages and nothing has happened. I'll tell you though if it does.

I've only noticed it happening on my phone and my old iPod, though I haven't checked with my computer.

Update: Doesn't happen on my computer or when I'm using Safari as my phone browser
