My tags aren’t working

When I make a new tag, it doesn’t save to the tag list. It’s like this on every page.

Awesome! Might've been a temporary glitch (or somehow fixed on accident with tonight's release!), but I'll do some investigation tomorrow to see if I can figure out what happened. Do let me know if you see any other issues!
