Hi! A little confused as to why I have a premium code activated but the plan isn't activated? I can't even change to a premium subscription plan, unless I'm just confused? I used to be able to subscribe to the plan even with a code, so has this changed?

Hey! I just took a look at your account and it looked like the storage space from your premium code hadn't applied correctly, but I resynced it and you look correct; all other premium features look accessible to you as well! Is there anything else you meant by the plan not being activated? If so, please let me know and I'll look deeper into what could have happened when you activated your code, but you should be good to go now! :)
