Unable to download notebook.txt

I've been trying to export my data so I have a personal archive of one of my character's current ref pages. I've been trying to download the Outline (TXT) file through the data vault, I get an error 520 on cloudflare, and another webpage detailing an application error that says:

"An error occurred in the application and your page could not be served. If you are the application owner, check your logs for details. You can do this from the Heroku CLI with the command
heroku logs –tail"

CSV files won't download either, however, XML, YML and JSON formats will.
Is this a site error? Or is my web browser blocking something?

Hmm. If you're getting a Cloudflare error, I'd try again later and see if it resolves itself (we use them to protect against spambots and online attacks), but that second error sounds like there might be a bug somewhere to squash. I'll look into it!

Ahh!! I'm still having this issue but now nothing downloads ;–; is this an error or are my character pages too large? Very sorry about this.

Quick edit: Is there any way to manually export my notebook in the meantime?

Hey, I'm looking into this today. It looks like there is indeed a speed problem on notebook.txt so it's timing out before it finishes. I've got some improvements in the works (for that export, and also the others) that should improve it and get it working again soon, but in the meantime I'll shoot you an email with a manual export of your notebook shortly so you have it. Sorry about that!
