No matter where she goes, Skye is always turning heads. Her hair, dyed a vibrant sky blue, is kept in two short pigtails high on her head, tied with thick white ribbon. Even her makeup is eye-catching, with its blue hues and artistic designs that accentuate her round face, thick eyelashes, and full lips. The bright blue color she's so fond of is the only consistency in her appearance, however: she wraps herself up in clothes knitted together from patches of other articles, and her stockings and high-heeled shoes never match.
