Pretends he’s normal when he is, in fact, not normal at all

Elliot Vasco is a well known figure within Antirrhinum and the spaces he occupies. His social life combats the social connections of all the Ivory Council, and his easy-going attitude makes it possible to befriend nearly everyone he meets, or at least enough for people to hold him in good light. Although most of Antirrhinum recognize him as a favorable person, there are a good amount of others who think otherwise, or who Elliot has a problem with personally. For what reasons nobody's exactly sure, but violent outbursts haven't happened in a long while. Long-term Antirrhinum residents assume this is because of his change of heart from the first few years he'd been there, where he picked fights constantly and often put people--including himself--into the medical wing. This fit of anger is still well-known by the Council, and they monitor him to hell to make sure he isn't damaging property or others. Otherwise, Elliot looks to be on good terms with staff and the general population. He doesn't seem eager to share his own personal details, but he's an open book otherwise who laughs too hard and jokes too much.

Ever the hobbyist, he likes including himself in plenty of activities and sticks to them all with resounding effort. He's naturally skilled or partly good at most things, making him very handy around anywhere, but his talents lie in engineering and fighting. As a part of the 8th Seat's faction (and by proxy the 7th Seat's faction), Elliot specializes in creating and crafting machines and weaponry, as well as testing them. He's Parthenia's and Oswald's prize possession, and so Elliot tries his best to stay out of trouble. The only problem is the 5th Seat's personal agenda against him. Elliot hasn't done much to intentionally piss off the Fukushima's, but Castor Fukushima has almost always been the one to take care of Elliot's "trouble." Their meetings have always gone down in flames, and Elliot channels that energy into his work, or else he'll destroy the entirety of Antirrhinum. Mostly, Elliot occupies himself with work ,friends, and hobbies, and generally, he's a good worker, and only occasionally slacks off. He makes sure to get his work done before he messes around.

Elliot lives with his two mothers and younger sister. None of them have ever visited Antirrhinum, and not many people hear about Elliot talking about them even in passing. It looks like he's on good terms with them, however, and he mentions that his entire career inside and outside of Antirrhinum is partly for them. People take him as a family man, but nobody can be sure if he really is or isn't. He's never mentioned his father, however.

Despite being a social butterfly, people note that Elliot doesn't share much about himself. He cuts the line between his professional life and his personal life very cleanly in half.

Elliot hates the top three Seats of the Council, along with General Lochlainn and King Sable. He never acts on these feelings, however.

Elliot is a hard hitter who specializes in boxing. His style has loosened up considerably, but boxing is his most common form. He has a large amount of physical ability and can easily overpower most people, but he's limited by his slow-to-average speed in combat. It's a very simple way of fighting, but Elliot has the slight through his left-handedness, strength, as well as his tendency to use objects around him. The use of his Suit is also noticeably skillful.
