A slightly grayish white with blue ends.

When it is not in a ponytail/bun, Utsu keeps her hair slicked back, and has few hair clips on the sides to prevent any stray hairs from getting into her eyes. Her hair is long and wavy towards the ends, it goes down to where her knees are. It is parted neatly in the center.

Human Variant

Her skin is light and pallid, pallid in a sickly way almost. She does not leave a building often, so she gets almost no light from the outside world.

Petite and very frail. Utsu is very thin and her bones are not particularly strong. The bottom half of her legs are robotic. Her legs were brutally trampled, she never elaborates as to when, why, or by what. They were amputated, and eventually, she made robotic ones for herself. She also has a robotic arm, she had her arm cut off so she could use it.

She has three small moles underneath each eye.

Very clean and professional, as she wears a white or light blue button up, black shorts or pants, and a lab coat at all times.

It is very rare that she has time to relax or time to herself, but whenever she does, she enjoys wearing pretty, business casual clothes. A lot of neutral colors

She always stands stock still when talking with someone. She breathes shallowly and quickly, so her chest and shoulders hardly rise and fall. She almost acts as if she is a statue, and makes constant eye-contact with the person she is communicating to, almost to the point of not blinking.

When she is working (especially on something she is invested in), she has a tendency of bouncing side-to-side, something that she should not do, since it wears down her legs.

「 Doesn't know when to quit something and call it a day, it often results in her staying up late throughout the night and being deprived of her necessary amount of sleep (4 hours). She is semi-prone to passing out in the middle of work/conversation, and even when she is doing nothing.
「 Her tendency to overwork can cause her to push others to do the same, putting the health of both her and others at risk.

• Insensitive

「 She has a general lack of awareness/care towards other people's feelings and how her actions affect them. This sometimes causes hard feelings between her and her fellow leaders/her employees. She is aware of this, as sometimes they sabotage her work to get revenge.

• Overly critical

「 Of both herself and others. As a result, she tends not to get stuff done quickly, as she spends a lot of time redoing things and rethinking things over to make sure they are absolutely perfect. This also causes a lot of long, awkward pauses in her conversations as she tries to figure out the "right thing" to say.

She is extremely prejudiced to foreign nations, thinking that they seek the fall of Vi-koku and are always plotting against them.

Most anything that requires an academic or mental prowess, she is good at, with the exception of games.

Additionally, she is not good at most sports; however, she has been regarded as very good at volleyball (or Vi-koku's version of it, very similar to regular volleyball).

Calculating and very calm, she is reliable to get things done under pressure; however, she may not be the most trustworthy.

Utsu has no illnesses, however, as previously mentioned, she has robotic replacements to body parts.

Her religion is monotheistic and worships the Founder of Vi-koku as a god. She believes in reincarnation.

Generally, Utsu views politics as a waste of time, since most political matters have nothing to do with Vi-koku. But in the event that it does, for some reason, have something to do with Vi-koku, she is very keen on coming to a compromise (aka getting what she wants) quickly.

Utsu is generally perceived as being unnerving and weird at times, due to her stiff manner of speech and generally lack of body language/facial expressions. However, the Blanche family has a long line of great scientists, so in that regard she is widely revered.

She is unsure, but she claims her birthday['s Earth equivalent] is April 18th.
