Char was born near the eastern coast floodplains and wetlands. when he hatched, his mother was right next to the nest, and helped him and his 5 siblings out of their eggs. Char spent the majority of his life with his 5 siblings and mother. When Char was immature, he was playing around a conifer, while his mother was hunting a Camptosaurus. A Craphishian Poacher spotted the opportunity to shoot them and did so. he shot Char's sibling in the head with a High Caliber Rifle, killing him. Char's mother was returning with a Camptosaurus carcass, when she spotted the fact that a poacher just killed her child, and was attempting to shoot her other children, including Char. she snuck behind the poacher's camp and bit into his legs, causing him to yell and drop his weapon, as she tears them off. Char and his other siblings were lucky that his mother was near, otherwise he could have been shot. Char spent the rest of his childhood with his Mother and now 4 Siblings before splitting off on his own when reaching maturity. he patrols the boarder of the eastern floodplains and wetlands, looking for prey in the two areas. one day, he was near the SSF's gold vault in the area when several members of a composite crime family composed of 52 members (mainly members of the Kren family) entered the area, attempting to lead a heist to steal the vault's gold. A resident family of Ceratosaurs, angry with the crime family due to them shooting the lead Matriarch, was stalking the group until they came face to face with the extremely territorial Char. Char snatches up a juvenile Ceratosaurus and swallows him whole. the pack is furious and immediately starts attacking Char, tackling him to the ground. he gets up quickly, pushing 3 Adult Male Ceratosaurs off of him and the fight moves very close to the crime family. Char starts fighting the big Adult Ceratosaurs Matriarch right outside the vault. She bites Char's Tail, her teeth sinking into his Caudofemoralis muscle, sending him into a rage. he tackles her and gets her entire neck in his jaws and crushes her trachea, fatally injuring her. the other Ceratosaurs back off, fearing their own demise. the group of criminals stand 25 meters away and Char bares his blood soaked teeth at them. they do not back off, instead threatening him by drawing their weapons and firing a warning shot above his head. this sends Char into a secondary trauma fueled rage, as his sibling was killed by poachers in his adolescence. a muscular Incubine pulls out a QB326 Heat Ray and he arms it. Char charges at the group, fueled by rage. Kade Kren commands him to fire, and the Incubine does, releasing a torrent of energy towards Char. the constant stream of laser hits Char in the face and shoulder, causing massive amounts of third degree burns and setting those parts on fire for a brief moment. meanwhile, Char lunges for the aggressing Incubine and clamps his jaws around him, causing his 7'3" frame to be lifted into the air. Char, using his above average intelligence for a Torvosaurus, uses the poor Incubine as a bargaining chip. the crime family makes the mistake of firing at Char once more, and Char, with the entire force of his jaws shreds the unfortunate Incubine in two separate, mangled masses. the crime family starts shooting him even more and they land many hits, causing him to flee back into the Wetland's thick foliage. Eventually the group scatters because a defensive SSF turret pops up out of the vault, shooting them with machine gun rounds. some of the ones who survived and split up run into the Wetland, and Char sees his chance for some revenge.
