Then a demon comes into play and his motivation is to protect his friends from the demon, who is out to kill Freyr.

Keir comes from hell. he's the devil, except he isn't what you'd expect him to be. he's soft and sweet, and was only in hell because he loved god and god saw that as a sin/ was threatened by it. he brought Keir there to watch over the people in hell. Keir escaped/god let him go. he ran to a house and got 'adopted' by the group of friends that live there.
Now, when they go to the art-school he meets an old demon (the brother of one of his friends) and things escalate because the demon wants revenge on him.

It bleeds at the point where the prosthetic connects to his leg.

Gay af (or so he says, is actually bisexual). loves hammocks and honey. has a few goldfishes after a while at college. mentally abused in hell, ptsd, scared a lot. Shaw helps him calm down. Wears his white sweater when very anxious because he can hide in it.
Usually wears light/pastel colours.

The black lines that appear when he's in a panic-attack/having a hard time warm up his skin to the point that it can boil water if he touches it. This is a trait only he has, and he learns to use it to defend himself+ friends.
At some point he will fight the demon, and his hands will turn black (think Tyler Joseph charcoal black), some lines will still be visible. This is when his hands are hottest and most likely to melt skin away.

always has his blinds halfway open. painted half a wall in a dark honey shade. always has fresh wildflowers on his night stand. Two big rugs in a corner that overlay, no chair, he mostly sits on the floor anyway. There is a hammock he chills and reads in.
The empty corner in his room is messy and has little paintdrops all over it. there is an art workspace, but that's just too much effort for one quick painting (or 3). most of the time he burns some incense or burns one of Shaw's candles.
He, just like Shaw, has a lot of blankets all over his room. Most of them are piled onto his bed at day, and one black sheep-skin. This is the only dark item in his room.
