For a very long time, the Camp Silverwood was owned by a rich man named Joseph Silverwood. When he died, his disowned granddaughter Louise, a (slightly unhinged) paranormal investigator convinced that the Silverwood estate was located in a mystical hotspot, staked a claim to it. She worked and lived there for several years, but eventually, it became too much for her to keep up and became embroiled in debt.
