Rose wears her heart on her sleeve, and has difficulty controlling her emotions. She has a bright and optimistic outlook on life, and has a generally cheerful disposition. However, she has a fiery temper. Rose can get extremely passionate about certain topics, and can get a bit over enthusiastic. She tends to ramble if she starts talking about something she loves, like mechanical engineering. She is extremely curious. Rose is an ambivert, liking the spotlight but appreciating solitude or small company now and then. Because of this, Rose lands somewhere between being an ESTP and an ISTP.

Rose finds it difficult to sit still, and is usually tapping her fingers on something or other. She tends to curl a strand of her hair around her finger when she's nervous. Rose generally carries herself in a confident manner, and finds it easy to talk to people. However, if she gets offended, Rose becomes very cold and downright passive-aggressive. With anger it's the opposite, with Rose becoming passionate and single-mindedly focused on her goal.

More than anything, Rose wants to explore the world and see its wonders with her very own eyes. She cares a lot about her family and friends, and would do anything for their health and happiness.

Rose has a fiery temper and a short fuse, and tends to jump to conclusions before she has all the facts. She generally doesn't think before jumping into the fray. Rose will also do things morally questionable for those she cares about. She holds grudges for a long time.

Because she tends to jump to conclusions, Rose's initial impression of someone will determine her treatment of them until that impression is proven wrong. As of such, if someone comes off as cold or rude in their first meeting, Rose will think they are always like that until a large amount of evidence points to the contrary. Rose is also somewhat prejudiced against those born into nobility, as many of them are arrogant and haven't worked a day in their lives.

Rose is extremely talented in the field of mechanical engineering, and although she can't use magic herself, she has studied runes enough to have a good sense of what runic arrays can best enhance a machine. Rose is also very good at repairing broken things.

Rose likes to tinker with seemingly useless machines, and likes to design mechanical animals. She is an avid explorer, and loves the outdoors.

Rose was taught mathematics, language, and several other basic subjects by her parents. Her father also insisted she learn to defend herself, so he taught her how to fight. Rose taught herself the basics of mechanical engineering from books and experimentation. Although she never did an apprenticeship, a famed yet eccentric inventor who was a friend of her family's took Rose under his wing.

Rose's parents were faerie commoners who were in the trade business, so although her family wasn't particularly wealthy, they were able to support each other. Her parents were always very caring, and she never wanted for affection. Rose discovered her wanderlust quite early in life, always exploring, and yearning to travel the world. This was helped along by the influence of her grandfather, who had traveled all of his life as a pilot. Since she couldn't use magic, Rose instead studied machines, fascinated by how they worked together with magic. When she was seventeen, Rose met a man by the name of Damien Archambault, and fell in love with him. She was going to accept his marriage proposal, but when she found out he was cheating on her, she packed her bags and bought the first ticket across the Rift she could find. Rose took a job as a mechanic, and for several years that was all she did. Until, she received an offer to go on an expedition to find a legendary artifact. An offer that was her ticket out of a mundane life; her ticket to adventure.

She may look like a cinnamon roll, but Rose has a filthy mind and an equally filthy mouth to match. The other crew members have threatened to wash her mouth out with soap on multiple occasions.

Although Rose cannot use magic herself, she's kind of a magical battery and has a massive supply of raw energy.
