Cassius Torstein Coupe

Cas' family is very close. When Cas was growing up, his family was very involved in his life. They attended all of his extracurriculars and knew all of his friends, girlfriends, and teachers. Cas was just as involved with his sibling's lives. While each member of his family has different interests, they still stay close. They had family days each Saturday where they'd choose an activity. Cas' favorite activity was going hiking or to the lake. Raised in a religious family, Cas also participated in religious activities. He and his family are Ilks, who believe in two gods of symmetry: Di and Oi. Together, they represent every duo- night and day, light and dark, life and death, good and evil... Oi is considered to be the dark twin. Ilks still worship both gods equally- it is widely believed that ignoring the darker side of life is ignorant and that some good can come from dark, just as bad can come from light. Worship is typically Wednesday night- the middle of the week to worship both gods at once. Cas was very involved in the religious community and regularly sung in the choir and helped out with community service.
Cas' dad, Bryon, is a thousand-year-old wizard. Over his many years, the man became quite powerful. He built a tower and cultivated his knowledge, along with offering his services to people. After a while he realized he could make a living off of this and opened up his official business, Wand Shake Solutions. The business boomed and Bryon became rich. He married his longtime girlfriend, Charlie, and had a child with her. This child was a boy named Jasper. Charlie divorced Byron and he married a new woman named Danielle. They stayed married and had four more children, with Cas being the third child. Cas grew up rich and got most everything he wanted. When Byron decided to retire, Cas inherited his company- his older two siblings passed.
Additionally, a woman named Camila Dean was a longtime friend of Bryon and worked at Wand Shake since the start as the COO. She was always at their house and helped raise the kids while being a friend to Byron and Danielle. Cas and his siblings thought of Camila as an additional mother or cool aunt.
