He has a blinding smile that is almost always plastered on his face. But when he gets really mad he throws a tantrum. His face twists into a sneer and his face gets a horrible shade of red.

The love of his life was not interested in him at all. So part of this is getting her to love him. And he believes that people of magic should run the world, not "hummies". Since they are "practically gods"

He can kind of fight (he practices every now and again), he does crossword puzzles, finds someone to torment with his shadows

He is an egotistical, easily jealous, jerk. He doesn't take 'no' for an answer, and he holds grudges. So over all not a super fun person to be around. But he also can be charming, charismatic, and magnetic. He can lead and charm a crowd/individual like none other

Amos Thompson's family friends the Elliots. He grew up playing with their daughter Maybel. As they grew up he fell head over heals in love with her. She however did not reciprocate these feelings in fact she found him rather odd. She ends up moving out on her own with the maid's son whom she was engaged to be married to. He was outraged that she would dismiss him so he followed her further into the city and saw all the things that she and her fiance did there. He witnessed how she helped find people with magic just to help them hide away under COMNA. He intervened at some point making him a target as a magic dissident. While he was on the run he ran into Jezabel Colin's former love. Together they agree to tear the two apart and if they take down COMNA then, hey bonus. After failed attempts at taking them apart and their lives the two retreated and slowly began to collect allies. Those so saw magic as the ultimate force and they should be treated as gods for their gift, if they can't have their first loves then the can have the world. All the while working to take down the mage and the Hummie that stand in their way. At some point feelings between the two emerged and they made a deal with a mortal couple. They would bond with them then both couples could live as long as both mages lived.
