Muscular, but not super buff. No veins sticking out or other gross stuff.

He is the shortest guy on the lacrosse team at his school. He has a scar running from the top of his forehead down to right past his left eyebrow. He tells little kids he babysits that its from fighting monsters, but it's really from when he fell face first into a shelf trying to get to cookies as a child.

His knee bounces really fast up and down all the time, he doesn't notice. His fingers twitch when he is excited, nervous, or mad. He feels very uncomfortable in a room with more than a couple people. He shakes when he gets anxious, which is often.

He wants to prove that being vertically challenged doesn't always have to affect how well you play sports. Since his sister committed suicide when he was still fairly young, he wants to start a movement for people with depression or suicidal tendencies. He wants to overcome his fear of crowds and be able to go out in public without shaking.

He is very loyal, but that means he'll do ANYTHING for his friends. He lets people walk over him every other time though. He forgives too easily, and is too hard on himself. Sometimes he'll get so lost in his thoughts it causes trouble.

He thinks that people who get onto a team, in any part, because of good standing with the coach, don't deserve to be there. He hates this prejudice, but it's been drilled into him. Any time he passes a white police officer, he puts his head down and gets a bit scared. He is trying to break this reaction, and seeing him like that breaks his boyfriend's heart.

Jedrek is really good at lacrosse, especially for someone of his... size. He can actually sing pretty well but he refuses to unless it's in the safety of the car with someone he trusts. He is sometimes asked to be a sort of understudy for the wrestling team. He can also come up with writing prompts on the spot.

He loves to play lacrosse. And soccer though he isn't very good at it. He is a big reader and while he doesn't enjoy writing, he likes giving other people writing ideas. He plays some piano, but never good enough to do anything but play a couple cheesy love songs.

Jedrek lets people walk over him. He thinks of himself as carpet. People appreciate him, but still step all over him as if he isn't there. Though, if you are in his close group of friends, you will know that this stems from untreated and ignored severe social anxiety. He doesn't think he deserves the awesome group of friends that he has, but he isn't a "woe is me" type person. He could get shot and still be worrying about the friend he swore looked sad earlier or saw had a papercut. While he lets his anxiety rule him a lot, the one time it seems to take a break is when someone is insulting one of his people. Then you would swear he was a different person. He becomes confident enough to say things to whoever is hurting his friend that he wouldn't normally say. But as soon as the anger passes, he is on top of the friend, apologizing for seemingly nothing and asking if said friend is okay.

Jedrek has social anxiety, slight separation anxiety, and is kind of depressed. The depression and separation anxiety come from his big sister's suicide.

His family is Christian, but doesn't really go to church, and Jedrek himself is agnostic, he thinks that even if there is a god, we had no way to prove it either way.

He doesn't really care, but his parents agree with most Liberal things, so that's what he's grown up with.

School

He likes more tame and neutral colors, like beige, soft yellow, that type of thing

He really likes pizza, because there are so many different things you can mix and match for any mood.

From his mom and dad: a baby blanket that he slept with until 9 years old. (and totally doesn't still sleep with)
From his sister: A cute picture of them together.
From his boyfriend: A mini lacrosse stick, which is a testament to how they met (see background)

He prefers to use his hands when fighting, which is something he almost never does.

He likes sharks, specifically whale sharks.

School

He is currently in high school, and plans to go to college.

Jedrek was born into a fairly normal family. It was just him, his mom, his dad, and his sister May. May was 3 years old than Jedrek. Which made Jedrek 10 and May 13 when she took her own life. Jedrek and May were very close, and Jedrek being the one to find her body made things...worse. So he developed slight separation anxiety and slight depression. He made his way through the rest of elementary school and the first half of 6th grade. But he saw that his parents were really worried about him so he decided that he would join a sport to soothe their worries. He chose lacrosse, and that's how he met Louis (pronounced LEW-ee). Louis was only there because his big sister played lacrosse and she was his ride home. Louis and Jedrek became fast friends, and while Jedrek wasn't automatically on the mend, (that would be unrealistic) having a friend in Louis made things better. Louis introduced Jedrek to his group of friends. In 7th grade, Jedrek noticed that he might have feelings for Louis and had gay panic. They finally worked up the courage to talk about their feelings at the end of 7th grade. They've been together ever since.

They used to have a cat named Greta, but she ran away
