Lucy was born to Mollie and Cameron Silvertin. Both are successful magic users who work within different fields of COMNA. So as a child she grew up in the magic world and they were thrilled when she presented with magic. The fact that her gift is relatively useless, being able to illuminate things was another matter. Her parents loved her and made sure she had the best education possible. Her brains made up for her lack of magic prowess and she quickly became noticed as a possible COMNA worker. She did not care where she was placed as her mother Mollie was a magical case worker and her father a lawyer. But they were all shocked when she was put in management classes and was quickly placed as a "Magical Defense Department Supervisor". She was given a small group within the department as she was so young. She was over three agents Mayble Jessica Elliot , Colin Alberic , and Violet Lowden . She also met and quickly befriended the secretary of her little band Nora Conelly . The two became fast friends and she slowly warmed up to her co-workers. Although she is starting to become concerned due to the number of injuries they appear to be sustaining from within the organization.
