The only thing Oscar knew was fighting. And lots of it. Thing was, he didn't want to do it, although his line of work before retirement literally made him fight to survive. He was a bounty hunter, hired to eliminate targets quickly and efficiently. And he did it well, eliminating every single target he was asked to, and gaining his pay to live another day. Long story short: he never missed.

He embraced the coils of dark magic to be able to eliminate his victims, who were normally not magic users like himself. Slinking through the shadows, he would come up behind his victims in his feline form, drawing his bow and always hitting his victims straight in the heart, his arrows always finishing the job. On the rare times when it was a magic artist he was assigned to kill, it was always a bit more difficult, but the result was always the same, his arrow finding the persons heart. The only reason he did it was to survive, and it was the only life he knew.

After doing this bounty hunter job for about 25 years, he figured he had enough of it. He retreated to his home in the woods and stayed there, hoping to stay away from prospective clients. Some still managed to find him, offering him jobs to do. When he refused, some of them got angry at him and proceeded to fight him...which didn't end well for them. To this day, he is sometimes still approached, slowly coaxing him to come back into the bounty hunting field. He still resolves to avoid going back, but how long will his mind stay that way? Especially taking care of a granddaughter who one of her main desires is to enter the field he's trying to escape.
