Disk-like mouth rimmed with a suction pad. Hellfish latch on to their target & rotate to bore into the flesh to get the sweet life nectar from within. Some have also been seen removing flesh disks from prey and making a chewing motion to consume solids, but this is rare. Hellfish have a tube-like forked tongue which deposits a numbing agent through one tine and a suction tube on the other.
