House itself is made of white concrete with a lot of wooden accents.

BEDROOMS
Hailey's room has 3 white walls and 1 accent wall with yellow and pink stripes. It's not that big, but there's a twinbed. Lot of big windows that are always open. Her room faces the forest. Dark wooden floor. White curtains.
The veranda is under her window.

Jaden's room is the biggest, he has a bright yellow accent wall, others are white. Also dark wooden floor. Has a couple of big plants which need a lot of light, so he placed them in front of the glass wall. At night he shuts those with dark blue curtains. It faces the ocean. Next to Hailey's room.

Lincolns room is rather bare, his walls are filled with full bookcases.
His room has black wooden floors, dark blue curtains. His room is opposite of Jaden's, he also faces the ocean.

The spare room mostly holds old books, they don't come here often. Walls are white, dark wooden floors.
Omar has a bed with white and brown bedding, and as he's staying there for a couple of months he has little furniture, just a bed and old desk. Keeps his clothing in Jaden's room.

Fen and Meena share the attic, piles of books in a corner as the other bookshelves are already full.
A dogbed for Abby near Fen's bed, Meena sleeps with a cat near her feet most of the time.
Fen has hung her artwork (the prints she painted) on the walls. There's a small couch full of cat and dog hair that they like to chill on. They have blinds, but no curtains yet.

The attic is for the cats and Fen and Meena. They share a bunk bed and Fen has decorated the walls with her art.
There's a small, old couch in it and a lot of old blankets for the cats to nap in. Lincoln bought a lot of things to hang from the ceiling for them to climb in. They're 3 inside-cats, they are in this room when the characters are away from home. Windows are left on a gap for fresh air. They can't move as there's this sort of 'lock' on it (I don't know how to call it sorry).

They are called The Void, Fried Chicken and White Chin (White chin is a white cat with a black chin, but Jaden wanted to be funny).

Kitchen is white with black and dark green accents. Basics like an oven, stove, refrigerator and freezer present. Dishwasher breaks down a lot.

Living room has a big yellow couch that's very old. It's kind of ocre (oker?) yellow.
There are two more seperate chairs, the flower-print one is Hailey's, Lincoln's is white wit black dots.
There are two big bananaplants in the living room to give it a green touch and Hailey plucks wildflowers every now and then to put in a vase.
The veranda has a glass roof, there are some puffs (poef in Dutch) to sit on. Most of the time they eat their dinner here as they hate to sit around a table.
There are no tables in the house at all, just small work desks. They use lapdesks for eating. They think that's cozier, in summer/spring they usually eat at the beach.
Their bathroom is rather clean and organized, they all use the same soap, though Jaden may buy a couple and use those at the same time.
There's a bath with a shower in it, just big enough for one person and a shower curtain with clouds on it.

The characters work out a lot to stay fit and learn more skills, the training room is bright and mostly made out of concrete. The roof is very strong and can handle a lot of weight, it's made of concrete and still has that rough look.
Green foamsheets cover the floor to prevent injuries.
There are 2 boxing-bags hanging in the middle and one of the walls is decorated with throwing knives. They are hanged and a nail, as there's a hole in the handle.
They practice throwing those outside in the forest though.

None of the characters like motto's, but if they had to chose it'll be something like 'Watch your own back, but ask for help'.

No plates in the sink, don't let the cats out under any circumstances.

Hailey simply can't live without chocolate, and she and Jaden have a hard time living without mac 'n cheese, so that's always present.
Usually there's a lot of fruit and vegetables, a lot of rice and pasta. They make their own bread, because Lincoln hates store-bought. He makes it using a breadmachine.
Lincoln has a secret stash of stardust candy, but he's the only one who likes it.

Between ocean and pine forest, on top of dark rocks. There's a path down the rocks that leads to the beach. The house is on the cliff, but the path leading down are just very large rocks.
Sometimes the characters sit on it at night.
There's this one big rock with a hole in it and they light a campfire in it.
They're far away from any cities/villages, at least a 2 hour drive, so they grow a lot of their own food.
Lincoln goes fishing a lot for food and Omar joins him from time to time.

As the house is between sea and pine forest it is always a rather nice climate with a bit of rain every now and then.
It snows almost every winter a little bit.
