Once the Beautiful city of Seattle Its now a Cold Abandoned ruin a good amount of factions fight for this city though. The city was Heavily effected by Nuclear winter due to its closeness To Canada.Those who Survived the nukes Froze to Death In the Night known as the night Frostfall. Most Well known Settlement is the town of pike Built in the old Pike Place Marke.

Canadian Coalition: Remants of the Canadian Military they are trying to make Seattle into a base of ops For US ops But Due to Heavy Resistance They haven't succeeded. There outpost is in the Old space Needle.
The MoPop Group: a Heavily armed Bandit group who Turned the Museums Mannequins into Guard Robots.
Pike guard: Guards for the Settlement of Pike
Aviator Corp : a group of mercs who are trying to rebuild The planes in the museum of flight.
The City of SafeCo : a Mega Settlement Made in the ruins of SafeCo park.
Chinese Mafia: a Group of Criminals who are slavers and Hitmen based in the China District.
Starbucks Brewers: A merchant faction that Sells Starbucks In Markets around the Washington area they Are Currently the 2nd most Rich Merchant group in the Us wasteland
