A type of Elemental Energy sometimes called the element of cold. Falls under New Magic. Glows sky blue when pure. Ice energy is released as a sort of freezing cold wind that expands into magical ice on contact with most surfaces. This ice is bitterly cold, more so than the non-magical variety, and dissipates into the air with enough heat applied rather than melting into water.

In a similar fashion to Fire Magic, skilled ice mages can release their energy in controlled amounts to decrease the temperature in an area without creating magical ice.
