Humans are... well, humans. Physically speaking, they're about the same as those found on Earth.

Though physically weak and vulnerable compared to tougher species such as Dragons or Exans, humans are generally one of the most magically capable races. The types of magic they can make use of are largely unrestricted, and the human Soul is naturally more responsive to spells of Soul Alteration -- though that's not to say those spells always work as expected.

Humans most commonly use their hands when casting spells. It's uncommon to see a mage fighting with a two-handed weapon.

Humans live in family groupings of three to four people for their childhood and are expected to move out in their early teens, after which they live almost exclusively alone. Though some cling to the traditions of the Old Age, most are reliant on technology for their day-to-day activities. Magitech is primarily a human invention and is used extensively in many larger cities.

Human villages, towns, and cities are often structured with more cross-communication in mind -- more literacy education, more consistent currency systems, etc.
