The Forgotten
A populace of Jehkhuns that were banished for following Lotea's teachings and were eventually forgotten.

Each individual looks vastly different, often even between relatives.
A simple tunic and tabard tied with a rope belt and often marked with fluorescent paint.
Traits
They are surprisingly tenacious and strong for their appearance. They are also know to be stealthy.
Prone to illness, they often suffer from a variety of diseases and conditions, often living in agony.
Chronic arthritis, lesions, growths and sores.
The Withering
Culture
All Forgotten belong to the Congregation of the Black Hand.
They believe that Black Taqa is the embodiment of a preexisting god that is being pushed behind Asha and Kasim’s false ruling. This god of darkness is named Jioni and according to their prophecy, will bring an era of blight which will reshape the world in his image as he intended. For this to happen, they gather artifacts in secret and search for the pure blood black-haired Jakoon that will serve as the vessel for their dark lord.
1) Black Taqa is a highly volatile, extremely powerful version of the other Taqa types that corrupts whatever it comes in contact with. If not handled with care, it can harm its wielder, leading to disfigurement, psychosis and other effects.
2) As to not use noticeable resources, the cults make use of the fluorescent attributes of crystals, minerals and other materials to create light or at least some visibility in their hideout. They will often use it to paint their fur with markings; the first of which being a handprint, which looks black on non-organic material.
Notes
The worshippers are effectively corrupted after mishandling so much of the dark energy. Typically, the mutations include growing tusks, elongating and splitting of the tongue, blindness, fur loss around the hands and feet, and fur discoloration. Eventually, the cultist will grow to rely on fluorescent light and the use of fluorescent pigmentation to navigate their base of operations.
