Highminster is a large city on the upper eastern region of The Golden Pastures
. It has approximately 17,000 people; mostly human, some dwarf. It is governed by a council of wealthy landowners, known as The Eleven Houses. A notable place is The Enchanted House. A grand theatre of stone walls, which seems to be bigger on the inside than on the outside.

Highminster has two main roads that connect it to the world; The Northern Pass (A well traveled road that connects Highminster to Maotet and the rest of the northern settlements), and The Champion's Highway (An equally well travelled road that connects the Southern settlements together).
