A world filled with the gifted and the normal.?

Well The universe has two groups of people.
The superhumans
And
The Ordinary.
The superhumans first popped up 3 thousand years ago.
Two (twins) children in Egypt were born with superhuman abilities. They were worshipped by the people as gods. Soon after children like them were beginning to be born and thus the superhumans began to grow.
Everyone one thousand years there is a mutation that separates the last generation from the current.

Technology is very advanced in my universe. The ordinary had to advance their technology quickly as the superhuman population grew. The supers were seen as threats so the ordinary found ways to control and limit them from being a danger.

There is no magic system. There is no way to make superhuman abilities. The host is born with their abilities.

Same as our expect now some people have abilities.

TECHNOLOGY:
The only advanced Technology used in the universe are weapons against the supers. Like tranquilizers the suppress superhumans abilities (for a couple of hours) police are guarded with advanced technology to fight off superhumans if needed. Like super suits to help close the strength gap between ordinaries and supers.
GENERATIONS:
Ever Generation has a mutation that separates the last to the current.
During the first generation supers abilities were less stronger. They were not threats at all. They simple abilities like the most common. Which were earth like abilities. You could not identify a superhuman unless you saw them use their ability.
During the second generation it was somewhat easier to identify superhumans. During the second gen some supers had physical mutations. Like plant hair. Scaly body’s. Horns.
Now that brings us to the THRID Generation Which is what the story is about. This generation is the easiest to identify. Because every superhuman is born with a large (or small) birthmark on their body. People are still born with mutations. The birthmarks can be any size, shape and color.
