Light magic (fairies) isn’t inherently good so much as it is a name for a type of magic. Mermaids are basically water benders, and Spirits are healers. The more saturated the color of hair, the more powerful and the less saturated the less powerful. Hair will only turn white from lack of power if there was magic present before; if a person simply lacks a magical ability, their hair will be a “natural color” such as brown or blonde or red/orange.

Fantasy in simplest terms. It could also be sci-fi in a rural area, largely in heavily vegetative areas.

Varies based on perspective and how they were taught bias. Witches generally try to be friendly with fairies, though tend to unintentionally separate themselves. The same is true with the fairies, though some will try to warn each other on how potentially dangerous witches are. They sort of separate themselves out of fear of each other while simultaneously trying to bridge the gap. As far as mermaids and spirits go, that needs to be further developed. As of right now, they seem to be neutral parties that lack any strong, set bias toward or from others.

Ranges from basic to complex technology. For example, simple machines and such would still work and be mostly effective for lower income areas, while more complicated machines and devices are more common in higher income areas. Computer exist, so there’s that. It’s almost like Olkari from Voltron, except also not if that makes sense. I mean, it makes sense to me in terms of natural to synthetic ratios.
