The Haven is a place created after the world was destroyed during war by it's previous inhabitants. It is now organized in a way where there can be no war. It is the home of an advanced society that emerged from the rubble of the crumbled previous society.

Dystopian

The Haven was created after the destroying war or great catastrophe(as they call it). After this war, three people came together realizing they could bend the laws of physics, and they created the three sectors, representing their previous lives. Entertainment (Theatrum), Business (Opus), and Agriculture (Sementis). It has been years since then, and the Haven is thriving..or so it seems.

Laws of physics apply to all except the Particulars, who are trained in the art of bending them.

The Haven is governed by the Particulars. The Particulars are a specific group of people that live in the center of the Haven, and are chosen among the 14s. The particulars are always watching and once a group of students reach 14 at the academy, 9 of them are chosen to undergo particular training (3 from each sector). overall, the particulars can bend the laws of physics at will. And most people in the community are terrified of them.

The technology is highly advanced.

to choose who will undergo particular training, the particulars watch the students during a regular class, they look out for the quietest students, because they are the best observers.
