A universe that has existed for millenniums upon millenniums, new creatures and humanoids have evolved to be normal through time. Human activity is closely related to that of earths.

Over time and throughout the modernization of Tallo, Faunae have commonly been depicted as vile, animalistic beasts. Due to this harmful stereotype, modernization hasn’t been as kind to them. Faunae are often mistreated and discriminated against though they have proved countless times that they are capable of expressing human emotions and taking on human forms. In recent centuries, Faunae have been able to live among humans, though they still struggle to get jobs or build a foundation if they aren’t actively hiding their identity.

While standard ‘magic’ does not exist in this universe, many Faunae have the ability to morph through different forms, from full Faunae, to full human disguises. Full Faunae have features such as: fur, beaks, wings, and talons. Full Faunae are anthropomorphic versions of their animal counterparts. Normal animals do exist in Tallo, and their Faunae counterparts can often feel connections on spiritual levels with them.

The technology in Tallo is slightly more advanced than Earth’s, with a lot of medical and psychological research on Faunae. Faunae often need shots to prevent Zoonotic diseases. In several higher-tech districts, money is exclusively virtual. These higher-tech districts are often seen as ‘dystopic’ to the lower class living in them.

The ‘earth’ of Tallo is referred to as Viria, the percentage of Faunae in the population averages around 35%, with some districts possessing more than others.
