A world highly concerned with its planets The plot mainly follows Estus, Vamah, and Yalka as they slowly become get involved, both with the Vagapariñe-Vældic war and with the reordering of cosmic power, brought on by a “re-election” on Reigín. Yalka, Estus, and Estus’ infant daughter Engrid are three of the new elected and end up being lifted up to the moon. Vamah, stuck on Azafát with no idea what has happened to his partner and child, reunites with his father, the pair turning to Vældrac and Reigasta (the Holy City) to get answers, becoming embroiled in the war along the way.
