Anybody willing to help build characters?

I've come up with an idea for a story, but I'm having trouble creating the characters I need! Would anyone want to collaborate?

So, what are we going for? If I know the genre, background, and basic storyline, I can start churning out those homies.

I'm okay with boys, especially ones like newt Scamander - kinda bleeding heart, broken off, searching. IDK.

You can look at my account, but the general idea is that it's in a fantasy setting, I don't have the exact time/location set, but generally before women were ever allowed to be knights. A woman disguises herself as a man to join a knight's guild, but what she doesn't know is that several other members of the guild had done the exact thing (including her bunkmate). It would be centric around the feminine characters, the incoming member and said bunkmate, but there would be a combination of both male and female characters that would be important to the story. Mulan vibes, but gayer.
