[Bug Report] Quick Reference scrolling is cut off in smaller screens

This is the furthest it's allowing to scroll down

Which initially made me think there was no way to remove a Quick Reference until I tried making the browser text smaller which showed the third option to remove it at the bottom

Yup it is, to be precise, it's Windows 10 1809, with Microsoft Edge 44.17763.1.0
