You’re welcome! The site has been having problems lately due to andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) recently moving it into a new host (after some trouble with the previous guys). And, from my understanding, some of the background stuff was outdated because of the old host and andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) is in the process of updating stuff and situating everything again. So, more than likely, a lot of the issues everyone has been having is due to the website getting used to the updates.
Thanks for asking! As @Serpentess so hopefully stated, we're in the middle of a large migration to new servers (well, we're done migrating over – we're just settling in now!) and there have been more hiccups than expected as I modernize the code/servers and get them into a good state to keep running long-term. Hopefully there are fewer issues now; I'm actively playing whack-a-mole as I find each new issue. :)
(Also, my apologies on the deleted comment! I use the "Mark unread from here" feature pretty liberally to keep posts highlighted when I don't have time to respond in the moment, and I checked the logs and it looks like I accidentally clicked the moderator "Delete reply" button instead when I was trying to mark it unread. You're not going crazy; that was my fault! Sorry! And – will also respond in the NovelGens thread soon. :) )
