For some reason I instantly thought Lionel Richter
If you need any other name options theres a website meaningofnames.com I think and it lets you search a word that means something important to your character (AKA Asta means little star so if a friend of mine and I once named a little dragon that and it fit really well) So you can go through it and look until you find one you like.
@Lily_Thyme I do like the last name Richter! Lionel seems to Victorian for my character, though… thanks for the input!
Thomas Ritcher would work for that time. Frank, William, and Robert Ritcher would work too.
