Artbreeder.com. It's incredible and you can make your characters look really realistic. I've used it plenty of times.

Would you really? If you would that would be absolutely great, but no pressure if you don't want to. I did use Dollify to visualise how I wanted my characters to look, but it isn't a style I particularly like.

definitely picrew. each character has i think 15 different picrew designs. i would use artbreeder but I can never make anything look right, so I prefer picrew.

I used to have a lot of answers to this question, rinmaru, azelia, doll divine but since flash died it's been only piccrew and meiker. it's tragic

meiker is by the runner of doll divine and there's some great stuff on there. It's lesser known than piccrew and in my opinion far superior.
