Your character is awesome! But there are three things I found odd
Her eyes are clear blue but what does the ‘dreamy’ part have to do with anything?
Her body type has the word slight. I don’t understand what that means
Hair type is long and textured but what kind of texture? Crimped, curls?

Thanks for the critique, I was looking for one more personality wise. With the eye thing, it's a description. Sort of light how you describe skin tone, by giving an overall colour description, and then an undertone description, ie. pale, pinkish. Blue is the colour, dreamy is the description. Slight means demure/delicate, long and slender, but not so much that it's freakish or odd-looking, synonyms are petite, elfin, ect. And texture is just texture, not necessarily straight, wavy, or curly. If you don't know what that looks like google Brigitte Bardot.

It's all really good and very sweet! The only thing I would add, and this is minor, is maybe go into a bit more detail into why she's so happy and bubbly all the time. What caused her to believe that everyone has the possibility to be good? Was it a value she was taught as a child, or did she decide that herself? I would also maybe flesh out her history a bit more. Her liking children doesn't tell me much about how she was raised and how her school life is and how she met her friends. Stuff like that. Either way, she is a supporting character and you don't HAVE to put in all that detail if she's only going to be minor in your story, but it does help to make a more realistic character if you visualize stuff like that. Also, I love the mood board! I'm such a fan of them, and I sort of collect them on my pinterest account, so I was so excited when you put one down.

I really like her!! I may be a bit biased towards her since she reminds me of one of my OCs, but I think she's a solid, likeable character.
