doppelgänger (Horror/fantasy???? - OPEN)

An idea for a sort of horror thing where the main antagonist is some sort of shapeshifting creature that can look like any of the group members. If anyone has any ideas, that'd be great.

Characters needed:

• 4 or 5 protagonists
• 1 shapeshifting creature (can be a demon, vampire, etc.)
• 1 character who is with the protagonists but is working with/for the creature

Personality type: At first seems very nice, but is actually a snake. Very manipulative, and cruel. But is also very nice when he needs to be
Motivations: Is on his first mission to enter the ranks in a demon cult. His ‘mother’ and ‘father’ expect him to do very well on this mission so he must not let them down.
Backstory: Grew up in said demon cult. Was taught from a young age about what was evil is good and what is good is evil. Honestly is an evil character not because of something bad that happened to him. He’s bad for the sake of being bad.
