Failing youtube channels

So I have this gacha life youtube channel, called PinkPygmyPuff25. I only have 11 subscribers and my videos get 5 or less views unless I manually tell my friends to watch my videos. I'm just wondering if anyone has any advice for me to maybe boost my subscriber count?

Honestly no idea how to boost it.

(Post the videos on another social media feed?)

It’s extremely difficult to earn subscribers on YouTube without having some other social media to promote it because YouTube’s algorithm is fREAKING AWFul, so if possible, try to earn followers on Instagram/Twitter/some other site first and then slowly lead them to your channel.

If for some reason you can’t create any other social media, then interact as much as you can on YouTube. Comment on some popular videos, collab with other tiny YouTube channels, and post as often as you can. It really makes a difference.

Also, don’t expect instant fame, most popular YouTube channels spent 2 or more years putting in effort before they actually got any attention. And while that might sound a bit demotivating, you have to remember that despite them knowing and seeing this, they still tried anyway, and that’s why they’re popular. Because they didn’t give up.

You got this <3
