Well, I don't know if this is what you're looking for but I had this ghost sim who was like a guy in his 20s that died on the 1920s and he would haunt the house by playing the piano at 3 AM and stealing drinks from the owners whiskey cabinet. He was also very sociable so sometimes he would try to interact with the living and scare them off the house

A ghost who has gotten really good at a solid looking form, almost indistinguishable from a human. Maybe a very pretty girl or really cute guy that one character refuses to believe is a ghost because- Look at how cute???

Well, I have had this idea for a while but this ghost would just move objects so that they're slightly off from they're original positions so that people keep bumping into them. This ghost also would randomly move things from one room to another or take out something and leave it there. This ghost also tends to leave things open like doors cupboards, and containers. And it is just a general nuisance, this ghost would also be the type to make odd noises at odd hours of the night. This ghost would be around 18 when it died and born in the 2000s.
