What does one do when they can't stop eating and are alone with their thoughts? I don't know wat to do

Ahh.. That.. I climbed a tree in the dark to kick a kid who said I couldn't kick him cuz I was too slow. So I climbed up the tree, he jumped out of the tree, I tried to swing down off the branch but when I hung from the branch I slid to the trunk and smacked it really hard and by instinct I let go of the branch and wrap my arms around the trunk and I slide down that really fast and I hit the ground too hard and my legs buckled, so now I have scratches and scabs all over my arms from hugging a tree, all bc I'm too frickin competitive

Pffft, I don't think anyone even noticed. Except my friend, who then ran to me and pulled my back up, and kept pestering me to make sure I was okay, and a few other kids who laughed a bit. I laughed too, though. It was genuinely funny, and i didn't even notice I was bleeding till I got home. Besides, even if anyone else noticed what happened, they know better than to give me crap for it. My friend would not let them get away with it.
The only bad thing now is keeping myself from picking at the scabs and making it worse.
