In a book I'm writing, a few characters are changed by a serum given to them, whether physically, mentally, or emotionally, and I'm a little out of ideas. One character is stuck in a different body, the other has lost his memories, but I don't know what to do for the third. Any way someone could help me out?

Could they have gained powers?
The thrird could have turned into something that isn’t human, like an animal or fantasy species.
Maybe the third believes they're another person entirely?
Is the one who lost his memories named Percy or Jason?

and I think maybe a combo of gaining powers and becoming another species/creature

Or maybe they just think they're no longer human and have powers, and the serum has messed with their mind to make them think that
