Help a sick writer?

Anybody know what to do when you're sick? I've never been sick before and I can't do a lot of stuff. That list includes sleep

How are you sick? Does your head hurt, are you throwing up, congested, etc?

Coughing almost all the time (sinuses). Headaches. Pain everywhere.

Also I kept thinking it was the same day whenever I woke up.
