Does anybody know how to choose a title for a story???

I go through the plot and pick out a few of the main topics and names. Then I combine them or just take one and make it sound like a title and use it! For example, I wrote a story about a girl’s life of lies betrayal and its consequences, so I called it The Truth of Lies.
Hmm ok
It can also help to take a minor detail that plays a bigger role in the piece, and base a title off of that. I have a book about a rebellion, and I called it Sounds in the Fire
