How old are your characters?

I feel like in almost every fantasy/sci-fi cast there's that one immortal or practically immortal character.

Chester: Was 14 (in earth years) now he's of undetermined age, he could be twenty and still a jobless failure or he could be an edgy 14 yro hating the world for aesthetic purposes.
Lincoln: He's school age at least. some where between 14 and 19, he seems on the younger side though, since he looks so young, he doesn't act it though.
Harli: 17, well, his body is stuck at 15 or so, he sort of died and now he can't grow, he's in a body frozen in time, his scars never heal, he never grew taller, if he still had his voice it'd still crack.
Landers: 16, he acts more like a excited 6 yro wanting to explore the world.
Oscar: He's eleven so shut the f**k up.
The heir: Heh, the immortal one.

Then there's Nuru who is a clone of someone who died at 20 but she was created not too long ago so she's techincally a babby

There's also my mob boss Clawe who is in his early 40s and my morally grey scientist lady Eva who is in her late 30s

All of the central cast are in their twenties; Naomi is the oldest at around 27, and Kieron is the youngest at 22. All of them needed to be young enough to have Seen Some Shit at far too early of an age (although, ironically, that would probably make it the least "far too early" for baby-of-the-bunch Kieron); and Naomi in particular needed to be young enough that "ruined military career, especially considering the circumstances thereof" was still a huge raw spot. The antagonist is probably somewhere between thirty and forty; he needed to be old enough to realistically be this sort of Tony Robbins wannabe along with being an aspiring warlock.

Talula is probably at least fifty, but looks closer to thirty and is implied to have been engineered for longevity.

There's a discrepancy between how old the characters are and how old they think they are. For example, i'f I'm to use the time where most of the story takes place, that would make 2 of my characters (Esa and Isadore) hundreds of years old, another one (Creake) slightly younger than that and a fourth one (Raafi) -50 or so years old. But really they're all in the mindset that they are between 18 and 24 years or so old.

Basically, all of them are 18, or somewhere close to there.

And then I’ve got like 200 other characters between 0 and 70-ish.

Of course I do have the the classic “looks young but it actually really old” character. Alma is on her 5th (?) life cycle and so looks like she’s in her 30s but is actually like 110.

Most all of my main characters are in their late teens, early 20s. Others, mostly villians are either 30s to 40s or as old as a thousand year empire.
