It's in a thousand movies… a thousand more books… and people say it all the time. But it's the clever responses and twists to the cliche that make it memorable. And… also I need help finding a good one to put in my story.
- "I have a plan" "Starting a war is not a plan' "No that's just step one in said plan."
- If we're all good with eternal regret… I have a plan.
- "Blowing up the building and getting fired for it, is not a plan." "Agreed… blowing up the building and NOT getting fired is a plan"
- "I said i had a plan!" "Then what's the exit strategy" "Ok so i have HALF a plan"
- "Your plan just blew up in your face didn't it?" "Well technically you can't blow up something that was never there so we're good"
- "Ok! New plan!" "You mean there was an old one?"
- "This plan sucks." "Of course it does. That's why it hasn't graduated to strategy."
- "Right. Ok. That sounds like a good plan." "What planet do you come from?"
- "That's the plan we came with?" "We left in a hurry. We had to pack light."
- "I have a plan." "So do I and it's never to follow your plan and I'm still alive so I'd say I'm sticking with my plan. It's a good plan."
- "Anyone have a plan?" "We go in and make them think we have a plan, so when it doesn't make sense it'll confuse them." "Pretty sure that is the exact opposite of a plan."
- "Our plan rests on 'probably unlocked' "No. Hopefully unlocked. Probably sounds like I actually know what I'm doing." "Do you?" "Hopefully." (Already used)
- "Ooh! I have a plan!" "If it doesn't obey the laws of physics… put your damn hand down."
- "The plan worked." "It WORKED? The entire island is on fire!" "We're alive. The plan worked."
- "THIS was your plan?" "I said leave room for improvising!" "DO YOU EVEN KNOW HOW TO PILOT THIS THING?"
What do you guys have?
