It's a black uniform trimmed with silver, with the Dictate emblem (a ring of planets around a single star) embroidered over his heart, also in silver. Kind of like the Imperial Officers uniform from Star Wars, without the hat and belt. Does that help? (Sorry I didn't see this sooner, I was away doing something else).

Nevihata ‘s hair doesn’t show as he wears a helmet that covers his head.
Think of something similar to this (minus the writing of course) and he would have a short cape on the back. His uniform is typically made up of light, orange shades with one dark orange colouring for the patterning. Boots are black, and he does have black fingerless gloves but it’s your choice if you want to include them or not.
Could I have both a black and white copy and a colored copy if possible, please? If not, I am perfectly happy with colored.
