Hi, I just got another PayPal premium subscription, and it broke my upload bandwidth again (it says I have 107 mb maximum when I should have 10 gb) is there a way I can prevent this issue from occurring in the future so I don't have to bug staff for help?

Interesting! Just fixed you both up and I'll take some time to trace down what's causing this for some people using Paypal. Will get a fix in soon so you'll be good to go immediately!
