"I'm Isa, 19 years, give or take. Uh, how old are you then?" He pulls his hood over his head

"Nope, just keeping…. covered." For Context, Isa is a tiefling, and keeps that hidden with his hood, due to having been stabbed in the back, basically every single time someones learned about said fact "…So what do you do? Like, for a job."

He goes a little pale at that "I… uh, travel. Do odd jobs on my way. I sometimes take vacation breaks in the Fey Realm."

He squints at Kathy, judging the truth of that statement. "Sure. I've met plenty of people who say they;re good people, all nice and heroic…. and then they stab me in the back, head and neck within the week. So… Never mind. So are you a mercenary, assassin, or do you just kill people to feel their warm red life juices flow through your palms?"

He flinches a little at Kathy's spot on description "I wouldn't say knowledge of the world per say… Just lots of betrayals, and lots of being stabbed in the back. The reason I go town to town, is because within a short stay, someone meets me, and decides out of nowhere, that this kid needs to be gutted, and killed. Up to a few dozen scars at this point. Kinda funny, cuz almost all of them are in the back, even the ones that didn't even try to kill me sneakily! Hah! So yeah, I probably have trust issues. …. I kind of envy people like you. You guys can be as off the walls crazy as you want, and show the world everything you are, and you probably don't have to worry too much about what people think." He sighs and stares off into the distance, thinking silently

Isa suddenly laughs "You'd make a pretty good therapist if the whole murder thing doesn't work out! Sorry. I mean, obviously you have troubles, I would assume you've been in your own troubles given your, uh, line of work. I meant, you're yourself. You do not seem to try and hide your personality. Me, personally, I have to hide who I am, just because every time I've shared who I am, I get hurt. I was more just thinking aloud about the general personallity type, wasn't trying to presume anything about you. hem Sorry. Again." he fiddles with his hood again, as if considering something

Isa smiles "Yeah. True. Well, I would probably be killed by a quite large angry mob if I were to just flaunt my whole being.. Should probably give you some context for that." He unveils his hood, unveiling some smallish horns, glowing a bit red "I'm a Tiefling, and whenever anyone finds that out, swords come out, hunting for blood. So I see your point, but at the very least, I need to stay under the radar cuz of these little guys."

"Nice. I've got a friend with big ones too, he kinda really leans into the whole devil thing. Me, I've got these small fellas. But they're juuuust big enough to be noticeable, but they aren't really all to useful. If only they were a little smaller, and people probably wouldn't notice them. Sadly, I'm right in the middle. They're actually a lot closer to goat horns then an average devils! Sometimes I think I've got some kind of Satyr relative or something… Not that that matters too much." He lays down onto the ground, relaxing a bit

"I believe you. If only everyone else was as open minded as you." He chills for a moment, relaxed in a simple silence "So what exactly are you doing around here? You on the hunt, or just sightseeing?"

"Same I suppose. Just passing through, as I tend to do. Probably was going to check out the library, and probably be chased by an angry mob if my prior experiences are accurate."

"That sounds fine to me. Been a while since I've had any kind of safe place to stay up here."
