Appearance: Arlen is tall, with reddish brown hair. He has broad shoulders, but a slimmer body (if that makes sense? Like Chris Evans lol). His eyes are a dark blue, like the sky near the end of dusk. He is white, with a good, even tan. He has a few scars from various things throughout his life, along with tattoos, though not many of those. His hair is cut short, and spikes up a little bit if he doesn't comb it.
Personality: Arlen takes his job as a cop pretty seriously, and doesn't like to bend the rules unless it's absolutely necessary. He's known as a rule-follower, though he's not always the best with authority. He is very gentle and kind towards his friends and family, and does his utmost best to refrain from judging someone based on anything but their actions, and will change his behavior if he discovers he's been treating someone a certain way because of something they can't help, like their race, gender, sexuality, disability, etc. (Will flesh out more in RP)
