Looking for artist (will pay!)

Hey all! I've been writing/using the same character for quite some time now, and I always wanted a visual aid to help me pin down exactly what she looks like. I am willing to pay up to $100 for a very nice full body and colored art of a character that has a physical quirk that may be difficult to draw. Since I want a picture as close to my vision as possible, I'm looking for someone who is willing to work with me to do so. I promise that I won't be difficult, and I will try to be as detailed as possible, but I may require redraws if it's not quite right the first go around.

If you have a semi-realistic, animated style (not too anime, but not too realistic), and, most importantly, have experience drawing characters of color, please feel free to submit a link with your art. I'll admit that I'm going to be a bit picky, but I think that's fair for 100 bucks. Also, feel free to ask questions if there was anything I said that's not too clear.

I really love drawing figures and I am experimenting myself. Is it alright if I take the job?

Also, I just want to clarify that this is a paid position for a reason. This is a semi-long term project that I want to be as close to perfect as possible, so please don't offer to do the work for free. I promise that you'll regret doing this for free, and it's always nice to get paid, especially in this economy. I'm flexible with pay sites; I have a paypal, hey mr andrew (Our Supreme Lord and Overseer) come over here, and a venmo.

Question: would you prefer digital, hand-drawn or either one?

Either one is good for me, as long as it can be sent to me digitally

Also, if anyone feels uncomfortable posting their art for the thread to see, you can message me directly. I will never save it or redistribute it without permission, and I'll even delete it afterwards if asked.
