What exactly do you need help with?
Ok. Honestly, I love writing out a good roleplay so… It's not that different from just writing any story. Except you're doing it with someone (or multiple people if it doesn't get too chaotic to handle 🤷♀️).
Basically, you each “play”/write a character (or multiple characters depending on the rp and if you can handle it ) and reply to the others' responses… It might be a good idea to find and read an rp or two then experiment.

i honestly dont know. i know that sounds lame, but i've never roleplayed and i want to learn
just do it. I know it sounds confusing and you might be rlly bad but as you roleplay more your skill will develop and you'll get better at it
