Sherlock decided to find John. He would give his blogger that one more miracle, to tell him he was alive. Or text him. Either one would work. But seeing John face to face would be more… more real. But where to find his faithful blogger? 221B. It was obvious. But what if John had moved out by then? The feeling of worry hit Sherlock like a tidal wave. But he had to try. Sherlock entered his old flat. (Okay sorry it's so crappy but I'm not the best at starters, forgive me.)

As John turned a corner onto Baker Street, returning from the grocery store, he spotted someone walking into the flat. Picking up his pace he reached the door and slowly creeked it open while grabbing his old walking stick that he had kept in the hall. He could hear footsteps in the flat as he got closer, gripping his walking stick tighter as he swung the door open and hit the man in the back of his head.

(Mine was horrible sorry.)

"John! That hurt!" he yelled, turning to face his best- and only - friend.

"Is that how you greet your presumed dead friend?"

John’s eyes went wide. No. No. He’s dead. He stood there dumbstruck, beginning to glare at Sherlock. “Why?” He said through gritted teeth, letting out a shaky breath. “How could you…”

"How could I what? Oh yeah, not dead, wasn't dead, glad we cleared that up."

“Two whole years. You let me wait two whole years.” He whispered, frozen in place.

"Yes, yes, big deal. I'm here now, that's pretty good in my opinion." Sherlock said, with maximum arrogance.

“How could you?” He said raising his voice. He walked steadily over to Sherlock, breathing deeply.

"How could I what? You really should be more specific. I'm alive John."

“Well I know that.” He mumbled, pulling Sherlock in for a hug before quickly pulling away and sitting down on the sofa chair.

Sherlock just mumbled something gibberish and sat in the chair opposite of John.

"So how have you been?" he finally asked.
